Lilly Lake is a fantastic spot for a picnic and offers excellent bank fishing for species like bluegill, largemouth bass, and catfish. The public can also reserve the Lilly Lake Shelter > (must be reserved in advance).

Free Fishing Day

Lilly Lake is home to the Foundation’s annual Kids Fishing Derby, a 25+ year community tradition. This free, catch-and-release event welcomes kids ages 4–14 and their families with free park entry, gear, bait, and hot dogs. Check out the Fishing Derby page here >
