At Eagle Creek, there are lots to rent out -
shelters, boats, bikes, and more!
Eagle Creek Outfitters is your one-stop shop for outdoor recreation at Eagle Creek Park! Start your self-guided tour by renting a single/double/pedal kayak, canoe, sup board, paddle boat, small jon boat, small pontoon boat, or E-bike down at the Marina.
During summertime, we offer Guided Sunset Paddles on Tuesday evenings. Daily Specials are available June through August
Team-building programs are also available. They can vary in length from 2 hours to half-day experiences, and can be customized for large groups. All paddling and safety gear is provided with every piece of equipment.
Eagle Creek Outfitters also sells beverages, snacks, ice cream bars/cones, and live bait (night crawlers, red worms, and bee moths), and has restrooms on-site.

Bark Park
The Gilmer Canine Companion Zone (CCZ) has two five-acre sections that are used alternately to allow the turf to rest. The alternate CCZ can be rented for private gatherings or special events. Call 327.7110 (option 5) to make your reservation.
Private rental: $50/hour (2-hour minimum)
Special events: $250/day plus $1 per dog
Indoor Retreat Facilities
Eagle Creek Park’s Hideaway and Marina Overlook facilities offer a beautiful retreat for reunions, picnics, corporate outings, weddings and/or receptions all year-round. For more information on both facilities, call 317.327.7193. Please also review the Indoor Facility Rental Policies

This facility has a beautiful view of Eagle Creek Reservoir and is climate controlled. The Marina Overlook is ideal for smaller events, family reunions, graduation parties, and business meetings. Restrooms are attached to the outside of the building and are shared with the general public. Tables and chairs are provided as part of your rental. Please note that setup and teardown is the responsibility of the renter and must take place within your rented timeframe. Operation hours are 8 am – 8 pm (April – Sept) and 8 am – 6 pm (Oct – March). All rentals must be at least 3 hours.

Meeting & Workshop Space
The Earth Discovery Center’s exhibit hall, wet and dry lab classrooms are open to groups from November–March in need of space for business meetings or workshops. However, it is not available for weddings, reunions, or parties.

Shelters
The park has 15 covered shelters available to accommodate anywhere from 40–200 people for gatherings. All of these reserved shelters have at least one grill and come equipped with picnic tables. Some have a playground and public restrooms nearby, and others are handicap accessible and come with electricity. For more information on shelter rentals, call 317.327.7110.
Note: Since the park hosts many events like walks, runs, and triathlons during the hours of 7–11am, be advised that if you reserve a shelter on a day that the park has an event during those hours, we suggest you arrive after 11am that day. The Beach and Earth Discovery Center shelters, as well as the Marina building will run from 11am to dusk on event days.

Earth Discovery Center Shelter
40′ hexagon; accommodates 80 people; public restroom located at the Earth Discovery Center (open Mon-Sat til 5pm, Sun 1-5pm); no electricity; 1 – 28″ × 36″ grill; approximately 10 picnic tables; great rental area for school groups and Go-Ape adventures.
